ship-pick is a platform that allows online shoppers to have their goods delivered to a local small business that can be picked up at a convenient time. The primary intent is to help consumers with lost or stolen packages. We also sell high quality goods that can be ordered online and picked up locally without any shipping charges. We hope to create an environment where people can buy goods online without worrying about shipping fees or theft and at the same time build connections to local businesses and support local stores.
ship-pick protect service is completely free for users. ship-pick protect users can buy goods from any online retailer and use exclusive local shipping address assigned to them. Once your order arrives at a local store, you will be notified and you can pick up your order. You will not be charged by ship-pick or local store. You are under no obligation to buy anything from the local store during pickup, however we do encourage you to support local store, if possible.
Space is limited at our partner locations. We encourage you to pick up as soon as you can - generally no later than 10 days.
We will try our best to contact you but if a package is not picked up within 10 days then it may be discarded or returned to sender.
Yes. Space is limited at our partner locations. We can only accept small packages generally not exceeding 24 inches in length, width, or height. We also won’t accept anything heavier than 30lbs.
Yes. We will send you a text message with your 5 digit pickup code when your package has arrived at the local store.
